      Place interlibrary loan requests within 24 hours.

      Shelve current periodicals within 24 hours of receipt.

      Notify you promptly when requested materials have arrived.

      Initiate searches for missing materials.

      Re-shelve books and periodicals within 24 hours of use.

      Respond to requests for book purchases within 24 hours.

  • Anticipate your needs and fulfill them the best we can.
  • Actively listen to you, our customers, and encourage feedback.
