The Gregory and Susanne Hoffman Family Endowed Collection for the College of Science in Honor of Dr. and Mrs. Arthur Hoffman and Mr. and Mrs. C. Norman McCullough . Established in 1997 by Greg and Sue Hoffman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, to honor their parents, this endowment supports Premedical Studies, a special program within the Department of Pre professional Studies, that prepares students wishing to enter the professions of medicine, dentistry, osteopathy, veterinary medicine, podiatry, optometry, and other allied-health professions.
Bea Family Endowment for Medical Studies. Established in 2005 by Javon R. and Vita E. Bea in honor of their family, this endowment allows the Libraries to provide leading journals and other information resources to students, faculty, and researchers engaged in cutting edge scientific and medical inquiry at all academic levels.
Nora Lee Memorial Collection. The collection was established in 1978 by Dr. and Mrs. Lawrence H.N. Lee to honor the memory of their daughter, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a promising young scientist. The collection focuses on the history of microbiology and the classics in that field.
